Technology & Performance. Working with the Deputy Assistant to the President for Management and Administration, imi 's technology services identified ways to improve the efficiency and expediency of services provided by the White House Travel Office.
Utilizing imi and industry standard methodologies, existing business processes were documented and areas of high return for technology were identified. Through a combination of imi methodologies and approaches, web architectures, conceptual designs, and development plans were defined for front- and back-office applications.
The resulting roadmap for implementing performance-improving business processes and enabling technologies has the potential to greatly enhance customer service to vendors, travelers, and other White House organizations.
